We do fast shipping world-wide by DHL Express, FedEx Express. All orders can be tracked online to ensure your order gets to you safely. * Addresses in remote regions can only be shipped by UPS. * No delivery will be made to a post office box.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. If your order is placed on Saturday/Sunday, your processing time begins on Monday.
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
Some orders may be delayed due to some hot items are temporarily out of stock. In this case, we will feedback you accurate delivery time via email in 48 hours. please take this into consideration when placing order and if you are ordering for a time-sensitive event. If you have special request on shipping, please contact us for help.
TRACKING MY ORDER
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a dispatch email including details on how to track your article. You can also view the estimated delivery date.
Please Note all our packages require a signature upon delivery, if the customer has given the shipping company authority to leave the parcel without a signature, unfortunately fashionfraeulein's and the shipping company are not liable if the parcel is stolen.
CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTY CHARGES
Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. fashionfraeulein's does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary from country to country.
If these charges aren’t paid and the parcel is ‘Returned To Sender’, fashionfraeulein's will then give DHL Express, FedEx Express or UPS authority to destroy the parcel. Therefore, the parcel will not be returned to our facility and no refund will be issued for the order.
ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the ordd help.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that a cancellation fee of 5% will be deducted from your total order amount to cover the transaction fee's that were incurred to accept your order through our payment processor. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team on via e-mail [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order can be changed once submitted.
